Ingredients | Red Lentil Dal Raw¼ cup butter2 onions, finely chopped1 teaspoon paprika1 cup red lentils½ cup fine bulgur2 tablespoons tomato paste8 cups vegetable stock⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper1 tablespoon dried mint leaves4 slices lemon½ teaspoon chopped fresh mintDirectionsMelt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
